Scope and method
Technical Review is the second pass every page receives before publication. Its job is narrow and adversarial: check that each factual statement about an API, a compliance posture or an integration path is supported by a primary source in the Evidence & Sources library, and strike anything that is not.
Technical Review also owns the 'not disclosed' discipline. If a vendor's documentation does not state a rate limit, a retention period or a training-on-PHI position, the cell reads not disclosed — never an inferred number.
